Hi Fred,
Hope all is well. I wanted to reach out to you and see if you could share 2 roles to your list that I am hiring for. The links to the roles are below

1 lead engineer and 1 sr engineer — Pay range is 130–150k depending on experience with stock options, health/dental/vision, matching 401k and flexible pto.

1 — mid-sr engineer — pay range is between 100–130k depending on experience with stock options, health/dental/vision, matching 401k and flexible pto.

We are a remote first organization and have engineers spread out all over the world. For the Lead engineer our preference is a local team member.

Let me know if I can provide any other information for your newsletter?

Regards

Long time, no see. How’s things?

I get a LOT of these requests, and I find people to fill a lot of them.
But it adds up to a lot of my time. Here’s my standard reply. If you
do as I ask below, it makes it easier for me to find you someone.

> I maintain dozens of mailing lists of hundreds of local colleagues.

> I’d be glad to send your job description to one or both of my lists

Fred, as always thanks for helping us out. The template is for a lead engineer. We also have 2 positions open for sr engineers. The answers are all the same except the sr engineer doesn’t have to lead the team. Also the range of salary for the lead is around 115–130k

Would be great to catch up when you have a moment, let me know a few good dates and times that work for you and we can do a quick call.

Regards
