This one is kind of different. Work for a very optimistic and future-looking tech company. But you have to move to LA.

Ordinarily I wouldn’t bother to send it out since most of you are East Coast folks. But I’ve been a fan of the founder and his company for many years. I’m sure you’ll LOVE working for him. The salary seems about right, and maybe he’ll pay your moving expenses. For the right person, I’d bet anything’s possible.

- Head of Marketing & Demand Generation
- Duties:
— Build and launch new products alongside the team
— Lead marketing initiatives/operations
— Scale lead generation and revenue across business units/products.
— Grow global community, brand reach, customer satisfaction
— Conceive/execute/manage/report on all marketing campaigns
— Create campaign mechanisms (email to lists, work w/partner
companies to email/post on social, launch ads, set up retargeting
campaigns, etc.)
— Be the resident CRM expert
— Lead the CRM transition from Hubspot to Salesforce
— Optimize/grow marketing & sales infrastructure
— Audience segmentation
— Build/optimize automated email workflows
— Creating forms and landing pages
— Analytics/reporting support for HubSpot or Salesforce, Stripe, etc.
— Create reporting dashboards via Google Sheets, etc.
— Present findings, report to the team
— Own all third-party marketing agency relationships (web dev,
graphic design, video design, SEO, PPC Advertising)
- Required:
— 7+ years of experience in marketing
— Hubspot (both CRM & CMS knowledge) and/or Salesforce
— Google Suite (especially Slides, Sheets)
— Slack
— Build dashboards via Google Sheets (or Tableau, Google Analytics,
Google Data Studio, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
— Independently ideate and execute revenue-generating campaigns
— New product launches
— Build sales funnels and drive revenue from marketing
— Startup and early-stage company environments: fast-paced, dynamic
ever-changing environment
- Desired (or quickly learn):
— DepositFix
— Stripe
— Zapier
— LinkedIn and other social media
— Google Ads
- FTE only, not consultant
- $140K-$220K+/year
